Innovation and quality have always been our driving force to study natural active ingredients and test increasingly effective, tolerable and safe formulas. Each product is always carefully fine-tuned in our laboratories - which have always been in-house - and our days are spent working to innovate and astound. As we did with our two patents, Bond Creator Complex and Velian Complex: the first is a complex of naturally-occurring molecules, whose combined action reconstructs and repairs the disulfide bonds deep within the hair structure; the second is a phyto-complex extracted from the organic medicinal plants of our Kemon Open Lab and endowed with strong anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties.
InnovationLaboratories
We have numerous projects to minimise our environmental impact and value our resources: from our fleet of hybrid vehicles to our LED lighting, organic certifications, use of renewable energy, voluntary support of the Kyoto Protocol, the innumerable hours of in-house training and gender equality. A forerunner in the certification area in Italy, our high standards of quality, sustainability and safety have been certified for over 20 years, and each day we find and implement a new way of doing business.

Art is one of the highest forms of beauty, and to instil and teach beauty every day is art: our shows and all the training courses we offer are always inspired by the perfection of artistic masterpieces, design and culture, to give the perfect balance between talent, creativity and fashion.
